  28. System requirements: a monochrome monitor ONLY, a blank double-sided floppy
  29. disk (or at least 700K of free space on a hard drive), at least 1 Mb of ram,
  30. TOS in rom, no big .ACCs, and no ramdisks installed.

  35. JIL0001.ARC:

  38. Contains several new MONOVIEW files and an IDF update that brings JIL2D from
  39. version 1B to version 1C.
  40.  
  41. Version 1C presents an additional menu available by the following sequence
  42. (while running JIL2D): on the SYSTEM menu, use the SCREEN entry; on the SCREEN
  43. menu use the HELP entry.  All of the entries on the HELP menu will view a
  44. different MONOVIEW screen slide to give you help in learning and remembering
  45. the short key commands and strokes.

  47. Installation requires replacement of the version 1B INIT2D.JIL file with the
  48. version 1C file provided in JIL0001.ARC.  The .MON and .DAT files provided in
  49. version 1B should be moved to another disk (or directory) to allow room for
  50. the ones provided in JIL0001.ARC.  If you'ld like to use the other disk
  51. (directory) as a demo, you should also copy MONOVIEW.PRG to the same
  52. destination as the files you are moving.  Don't remove MONOVIEW.PRG from the
  53. JIL2D disk (directory), since it will still be useful for viewing the help
  54. files without running JIL2D.

  56. This is the first of the JILWARE updates for JIL2D.  New features and figure
  57. libraries can be added to JIL2D to enhance it for special applications.  The
  58. files included in the JILWARE are "IDF" files (_I_nterface _D_efinition _F_iles)
  59. that use the JIL IDF macro language to define new capabilities.  The JIL IDF
  60. language contains scalar and vector math routines, as well as user interface
  61. commands such as the "menu" command discussed when the HELP key is struck.

  63. Registered JILWARE IDF developers will receive an additional $25 credit and
  64. mention in our catalog for each JILWARE contribution accepted by JIL Corp.
